About Melissa

Melissa Magill, a native New Yorker from Staten Island, is a zealous advocate who returned to EEP Law after years of defense work. She attended College of the Holy Cross and St. John’s University School of Law, where she interned at EEP. She honed her litigation skills representing municipal and private defendants in complex cases including medical malpractice, wrongful death, and automobile accidents. She is excited to use her skills to advocate for the seriously injured.
