Michael A. Bars

Michael has been in private law practice at KKC Law for over 44 years, focusing on general business law, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and commercial finance. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Tolland County Bar Association. Michael received a BA from the University of Massachusetts in 1977, a JD from Seton Hall University in 1980, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut in 1986.
