Michael D. Napolitano is a Shareholder of Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. and chair of the firm’s Personal Injury group. With more than 34 years of experience, Mr. Napolitano represents clients with matters ranging from motor vehicle, slip/trip and fall to complex construction accidents. He has excelled in successfully representing his clients in all types of general negligence actions which has resulted in millions of dollars of recovery. Mr. Napolitano’s attention to detail and his responsiveness to his clients are a hallmark of his practice, ensuring maximum recovery through thoroughness and preparation. He is involved in every aspect of the client’s case, providing personalized service. Prior to joining Meyer Suozzi in April of 2010, Mr. Napolitano was in private practice and performed Of Counsel work for personal injury firms, including trials and arbitrations. In his practice, he also handled all phases of defense matters for an out of state automobile insurance carrier. He began his personal injury career as an Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Hempstead and his legal career as a tax attorney for Ernst & Young. Mr. Napolitano is actively involved in charitable and community institutions, serving on various committees for the Arthritis Foundation and St. Anthony’s High School.
