Michael D. Newman

Michael D. Newman was born in Sedalia, Missouri, in 1959. He was admitted to practice in Wyoming and the U.S. District Court, District of Wyoming in 1988, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wyoming in 1987 and his B.S. from the University of Wyoming in 1982.
