Michael P. Barbera graduated from Villanova University School of Law and the University of Pittsburgh. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Somerset County Bar Association and the Somerset Area Jaycees. His practice areas include municipal and school law, civil litigation, and business transactions and services.
