Vincent J. Barbera graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and its Law School. He was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1981 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, various U.S. District Courts, and U.S. Courts of Appeals.
