Michael R. Parker

Mr. Parker graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s degree in History. Afterward, he continued on to study law at The University of Texas School of Law in Austin, where he was a member of Law Review, graduated with high honors, and received the Chancellor’s award for a nearly perfect GPA.
