About Michael

Attorney Michael S. Gobaud was born in Los Angeles and moved to Las Vegas in 2001 where he attended high school at the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts. During law school, he was chosen to participate in the Juvenile Justice Legal Clinic where he represented minors as a student attorney in the Office of the Clark County Public Defender Juvenile Division. He also worked as a law clerk at Robert A. Massi & Associates which sparked his interest in personal injury law. Mr. Gobaud began his career as a freelance attorney providing high-quality legal research and writing to assist various personal injury firms. He then opened his own personal injury law firm to pursue his passion for making people whole again after being injured. In his own practice he was able to obtain very favorable settlements for his clients through skillful negotiation combined with the empathy needed to be an effective advocate. He brings these skills to Mr. Kutner’s office to continue his passionate advocacy for the injured. In his free time Mr. Gobaud enjoys bodybuilding, dancing, juggling, and spinning his fire staff.
