Mr. Myers - considered a Top 100 Trial Lawyer - has taught CLE seminars on personal injury law, and his primary responsibility at the law firm is negotiations. He enjoys working in this field because it’s an opportunity to help others and be of service to the community. Upon his arrival in Las Vegas in 1980, Mr. Myers accepted a law clerk position with the Hon. Senator Harry Reid. Beginning in 1982, he engaged in the practice of complex mass disaster litigation, having defended the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel following the February 10, 1981 fire and having defended Clark County following the May 4, 1988 PEPCON explosion. Since 1992, he has devoted his legal practice solely to the representation of people injured by the negligence of others. Mr. Myers also served as an Arbitrator and Mediator for over 34 years and is licensed to practice in all of the Courts of the State of Nevada, both State and Federal, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Nevada Bar Association. When away from the office, Mr. Myers enjoys fishing, traveling, and time spent with his family.
