About Michael
Michael Courtney is a shareholder at Heacox Hartman, P.A. His practice focuses on the defense of self-insured and insured employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He also represents employers and insurers in their Minnesota workers’ compensation subrogation claims. Prior to joining the firm Michael practiced civil litigation, including jury trial and appellate work. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and following the Vikings and Twins.
