About Nancy
Nancy A. Morency is an experienced litigation attorney who joined Gallant & Ervin, L.L.C. in 2014. Her practice encompasses various litigation areas, including family law (divorce, child custody, guardianship), civil disputes, probate matters, and corporate disputes. She also handles all aspects of real estate, such as residential and commercial transactions, partitions, and real estate litigation, in addition to estate planning. Nancy assists with company formation and serves as corporate counsel. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine state courts, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She has been a member of the Chelmsford Zoning Board of Appeals since 2016.
