About Nathaniel
Nathaniel J. Haynes is a litigator in Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard’s Detroit office with diverse experience in the courtroom, regulatory field, and advising clients. He began his practice as a public defender in Alaska, then served as an Assistant Attorney General in the environmental section. Most recently, he clerked for Justice David F. Viviano on the Michigan Supreme Court. Nathaniel graduated magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2017 with a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law.
