About Navneet

Navneet Sharma, an immigrant himself, joined Manji Law in 2018. He specializes in business immigration, including nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, L-1), employment-based immigrant petitions, and PERM Labor Certifications. His experience also covers removal defense, adjustment of status, naturalization, inadmissibility waivers, cancellation of removal, asylum applications, and federal court litigation. He is a graduate of Georgia State University College of Law and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and Nepali, and can converse in Bengali.
