Ned Deakins was a former Colorado State Deputy Public Defender for 15 years. Ned Deakins believes in holding people and businesses accountable for their actions. Prior to joining Leventhal Puga Braley P.C., he was a Colorado State Deputy Public Defender for 15 years. In the Appellate Division, Ned argued over 150 appeals, tirelessly seeking justice for his clients. Ned fought for and won new trials and other relief for clients who were denied fair trials. He also successfully defended a $10 million verdict in the Court of Appeals.
