About Nicholas
Nicholas Barker is a Post-Bar Law Clerk at The Sentinel Firm in the Complex Litigation and Wage-and-Hour Class Action Department. With a focus on prosecuting complex wage-and-hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act ("PAGA" representative actions, Mr. Barker is committed to defending and upholding the rights of employees across various industries in both state and federal court. While in law school, he worked as a Legal Intern at the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General, Civil Litigation Division and as a Law Clerk at a couple of private firms. Additionally, he was an Associate for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal.
