He has helped recover millions in tuition refunds for students in COVID-19 related cases and has been appointed to leadership positions in numerous data privacy matters, including Interim Co-Lead Counsel in Hood v. Educational Computer Systems, Inc., In re: BPS Direct, LLC and Cabela’s LLC, Wiretapping, and In re Hankins Plastic Surgery Associates, P.C.
