Olukemi Ajayi joined Edwards Duthie Shamash in June 2010 and completed her training contract with the firm, becoming a Solicitor in the Litigation and Community Law Departments. She works on a range of cases relating to Housing, including re-possession, disrepair, nuisance, unlawful eviction and homelessness. She also has experience in civil litigation including debt recovery, property litigation, TOLATA and residential possession proceedings.
