Oscar “Kav” S. Spivey III

Oscar Smith “Kav” Spivey, III attended the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee where he became a member of the Gamma Sigma Phi Fraternity and obtained a B.A. in Spanish after a tenure studying abroad in Mexico. He continued on to Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia to obtain his Juris Doctorate where he was awarded Best Appellate Oral Argument during his second year of study.
