Patrick Wenk is an associate attorney in the Newark office of Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & O'Neill, P.A. Mr. Wenk obtained his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College. Upon graduation, Patrick served his community as a Delaware State Trooper for 20 years. During his tenure with law enforcement, he became an authority in the Delaware traffic laws.
