About Paul

Paul Odegaard, a North Dakota native, began his legal career in Montana in 1999. He graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota in 1994 and earned his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1998, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. After clerking for the North Dakota Supreme Court, he practiced civil litigation, focusing on personal injury and workers' compensation. In 2008, he started his own practice, which evolved into Odegaard Injury Lawyers in 2023, dedicated to representing victims of physical injuries or wrongful death, particularly in the Bakken oil fields.
