About Richard
Richard 'Rick' Wootton has been practicing law since 1989, primarily as a trial attorney. He served as a Navy prosecutor and JAG attorney, retiring as a Commander in 2005. He also worked for state regulatory agencies in Texas & Montana, an insurance defense firm, and personal injury firms in Colorado, including his own. Rick joined Odegaard Injury Lawyers in 2025.
