He was a 1977 Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School with a B.A. in Economics. Paul matriculated to New York Law School where he received a J.D Cum Laude in 1980. He was also the Notes and Comments Editor for the New York Law School Law Review. Paul had been an Attorney since 1981.
