About Peter

Peter McFarland Wolter has practiced law for twenty years devoting his practice to the defense of automobile and personal injury cases. Originally from the north Alabama city of Decatur, Peter attended the University of Alabama where he received a B.S. degree in 1994. He then attended the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, graduating in 1999. Since becoming a member of the Alabama, Peter has tried close to one hundred jury trials in counties throughout the State. Personally, Peter is married to Laurie Kent Wolter from Athens, Georgia.
