About Philip
Philip M. Kelly was born in Omaha, Nebraska, and graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1972. He served on active duty in the Army as a 2nd Lt. He graduated from Creighton University Law School in 1977. Attorney Kelly has over 20 years of experience dealing with complex business law matters. He has served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Nebraska Community College (1977-1990) and as a Certified Real Estate Instructor for the Nebraska Real Estate Commission. He has also been a city attorney for several municipalities in Western Nebraska for 40 years. His practice areas include Bankruptcy, Insurance Defense, Real Estate, Contract Disputes, Corporate Matters, and Wills and Probate. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Scotts Bluff County Bar Association, Bankruptcy Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association, and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.
