Richard A. Douglas

Richard A. “Dick” Douglas (1945-2012) was born in Pipestone, Minnesota. He graduated from Creighton Preparatory School and Creighton University, and served in the United States Army. He graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1973 and began his law practice in Scottsbluff. At the time of his death, he was the president of the law firm Douglas, Kelly, Ostdiek and Ossian, P.C.
