Rachel K. Lozosky is passionate about educating, counseling, and advocating for her clients. Hailing from a family of educators and having grown up as the daughter of a school superintendent, Rachel's personal appreciation of the challenges and rewards of work in the Pennsylvania public school system has greatly benefitted her clients in her work for over a decade as a school solicitor.
