Rami Shmuely is the founding and Managing Partner of Chavin Mitchell Shmuely. He focuses his practice on prosecuting bodily/personal injury, personal injury protection claims, and consumer protection violations. He earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern Illinois University. He is admitted to The Florida Bar and to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida. He was also certified as a County Court Mediator and honored as a Florida Super Lawyer - Rising Star from 2012 through 2018.
