Randel J. Quadros

Randel J. Quadros obtained his law degree from Humphreys College of Law in 1987 and has practiced law since 1988. He is authorized to practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States Federal District Court for the Eastern District of California. Prior to law school, he earned an M.S. Degree in counseling and psychology from Oregon College of Education and a B.S. Degree in forestry from Oregon State University.
