About Randel
Randel J. Quadros obtained his law degree from Humphreys College of Law in 1987 and has practiced law since 1988. He is authorized to practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States Federal District Court for the Eastern District of California. Prior to law school, he earned an M.S. Degree in counseling and psychology from Oregon College of Education and a B.S. Degree in forestry from Oregon State University. Before joining Penney & Associates, Mr. Quadros served as staff counsel for the California State Automobile Association Insurance Bureau for over 19 years, defending personal injury actions, advising on policy, and litigating fraud cases. He has tried and arbitrated countless legal cases, including 35 jury trials with 31 winning verdicts. He has also worked as an arbitrator and mediator in Sacramento County for the past 16 years. He is a war veteran, having served as a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army in Vietnam in 1970. He is married with two adult children and four grandchildren, and enjoys exploring ghost towns, historic sites, national parks, and trout fishing.
