About Seth

Seth Madden, a native of Indiana, completed his B.S. in Exercise Physiology at Utah Valley University, consistently making the Dean’s List. He attended Law School at Arizona Summit Law School, obtaining his J.D. degree in May 2015. After graduation, Seth moved to Roseville, California, and joined Penney and Associates, working extensively under Kevin Elder to prepare cases for trial. He was formerly house counsel for AccelerateU, focusing on contracts, corporate, and business law, before moving into a full-time personal injury attorney role.
