Regina A. Nadeau has 30 years of experience at Normandin, Cheney and O’Neil, PLLC, specializing in real estate, land use, and permitting. She represents institutional lenders, residential and commercial sellers and buyers, and handles matters such as quiet title actions, purchase and sales agreements, title abstracting, title insurance, and drafting various real estate documents. She also represents clients in land use forums, including local planning and zoning boards and administrative agencies like the NH Wetlands Bureau. She heads the firm’s Real Estate/Land Use practice group.
