Robert A. Dietz heads the firm’s commercial and corporate practice group, serving as general counsel for over 220 corporations and LLCs. His practice areas include business purchases and sales, entity formation, ownership disputes, banking and commercial financing, business and estate planning, contract matters, employment issues, and commercial real estate. He is a corporator of Laconia Savings Bank and Lakes Region General Hospital, and has served on the boards of Community Health and Hospice and the Greater Laconia-Weirs Beach Chamber of Commerce.
