About Richard
Richard C. Mahoney joined Kenny, Brimmer & Mahoney, LLC in 1979, becoming a principal in 1986. He practiced law for over 40 years, handling diverse areas including personal injury, insurance defense, real estate, and probate. He retired from active practice but remains a mentor. He has argued cases before the Connecticut Supreme Court and appellate courts and has attained the highest possible rating of “AV” from Martindale-Hubbell. He was appointed a state mediator, fact finder, and arbitrator in 1999 and is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
