Shannon K. McCarthy focuses her practice on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) consisting of Mediations and Arbitrations, in addition to handling civil litigation, real estate matters, probate, estate planning, worker’s compensation, consultation regarding startup LLC’s and collections for existing clients. She joined the firm as a law clerk in 1997 and has been an attorney since her admission to the Connecticut Bar in 1998. She became a principal in the firm in 2011. She has attained the highest possible rating of “AV” from Martindale-Hubbell.
