About Rob
Rob Moseley's entire practice is focused on the transportation and logistics industry. He has tried over 80 cases to jury verdict in federal and state courts and has decades of experience representing trucking companies, brokers, logistics providers, and their insurance carriers in disputes involving commercial transportation accidents, federal and state safety regulations, freight claims, and insurance coverage disputes. He serves as national counsel for several insurance companies and motor carriers, managing active litigation across multiple states. Rob also specializes in transportation contracting, reviewing and drafting shipping contracts and tariffs, and defending brokers in negligent selection cases. He advises trucking companies on risk assessment, growth planning, and managing independent contractor relationships and federal regulations. Before private practice, he clerked for Judge Joseph F. Anderson Jr. on the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.
