Bob specializes in residential and commercial real estate, representing buyers, sellers, developers, and investors. He is an approved closing attorney for many mortgage lenders and has handled thousands of real estate transactions in Massachusetts. He co-manages the firm’s litigation practice, focusing on Probate and Divorce litigation, civil litigation (construction, business, domestic disputes), and provides counsel on estate planning and business strategies. He also serves as outside counsel to national title insurance companies. He founded Dionisi/O’Rourke, LLP in 2006.
