Attorney Robert 'Bob' Davis is a graduate of the University of California Hastings College of Law and California State University San Jose, where he received his degree in philosophy. For more than 40 years, he has focused his practice on personal injury litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice cases. He has also completed specialized training in workers’ compensation and alternative dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration) from Pepperdine University. Attorney Davis has personally tried more than 100 jury trials and has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates for more than 20 years.
