Robert P. Harper

About Robert

Robert Harper was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. He taught elementary school before attending Valparaiso University School of Law, graduating in 1968. He served as Judge of the Portage City Court and later as Porter County Prosecutor. He has extensive trial experience in personal injury and criminal defense. He also served as Porter County Commissioner for 8 years and as a part-time public defender for 14 years. He co-founded Harper and Harper, LLC with his son Harold.
