About Robert

Robert S. Murphy III is an Associate Attorney passionate about criminal law, particularly OUI defense, where he litigates complex cases and strives for positive client outcomes. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter W. Agnes, Jr. of the Massachusetts Appeals Court and as an assistant district attorney in Hampden and Middlesex Counties for over three and a half years. During law school, he interned at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Massachusetts Land Court, United States Attorney’s Office, and Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
