Robert S. Pratt, born in Rutland, Vermont in 1949, graduated from Brown University in 1971. He earned a joint M.B.A. from the University of Denver in 1974 and a J.D. from the University of Denver in 1975, followed by an L.L.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1977. He has been in private practice since 1977, focusing on real estate, banking, estate planning, business succession, elder law, probate, and trust administration. He co-chairs the Vermont Bar Association's Probate & Trust Law Section and is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC®).
