Robert Vaughan

Robert Vaughan graduated from law school in August of 2021 and joined Bailey, Javins & Carter, LC in Morgantown, focusing on workers’ compensation claims under the mentorship of Linda Garrett. With deep family roots in Nicholas and Mingo County, he has a strong appreciation for West Virginia's coal miners and hard-working individuals, driving his passion to help them navigate complex workers’ compensation systems.
