A native San Antonian, Ruth Kelleher Agather has practiced law in South Texas since 1988 and has developed an extensive network of professional contacts. Ms. Agather’s practice concentrates on real estate and business transactions, including purchases and sales of farms, ranches and commercial properties; leasing, financing, construction, development and land use. Ms. Agather advises small business owners, ranchers, real estate developers and entrepreneurs in the fields of medicine, communications, engineering, transportation, entertainment and lodging.
