Scott C. Evans, originally from Southern California, moved to Summerville, South Carolina, at age twelve. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Honors College of the College of Charleston in 2005 and Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2008, where he was ranked seventh in his class and received numerous honors including the Order of the Coif and five CALI awards.
