About Scott
Scott C. Evans, originally from Southern California, moved to Summerville, South Carolina, at age twelve. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Honors College of the College of Charleston in 2005 and Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2008, where he was ranked seventh in his class and received numerous honors including the Order of the Coif and five CALI awards. After clerking for a U.S. District Judge, Scott joined Bell Legal Group in 2010, focusing on products liability, medical malpractice, and civil rights, recovering over $20 million for clients. He has been recognized as a South Carolina Super Lawyers Magazine 'Rising Star' from 2014-2018 and a 'Super Lawyer' from 2019-2024, and has received multiple awards for obtaining top jury and non-jury verdicts in the state and nation.
