Scott C. Sands is a partner with over 30 years of experience in personal injury litigation and trial law, specializing in Railroad Law. He represents injured railroad employees under FELA, LIA, Safety Appliance Act, and Whistleblower's Act. He has tried dozens of cases in state and federal courts across multiple states and has secured several multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements. Prior to joining Anesi, Ozmon, Ltd., he served as lead counsel on over 300 personal injury cases and was a felony trial attorney with the Public Defender's Office in Chicago.
