Scott D. Frendel concentrates his legal career in negligence, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation litigation, specifically cases involving serious injuries. He was formerly associated with a prestigious New York City law firm and has worked on complex cases including brain damage in infants, erb’s palsy, and failure to diagnose cancer. He secured a $15 million settlement in a case involving a commercial diver with severe brain damage. Mr. Frendel also worked on cases concerning the Jones Act and The Longshoreman and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act in California. He represents diverse clients across New York state and argues cases at the New York State Supreme Court, the New York State Workers’ Compensation Boards, and the New York State Workers’ Compensation Appellate Bureau.
