Sean J. Beaton is a tenacious trial attorney specializing in Workers’ Compensation Law Enforcement Division cases. He was nominated to the 2020 New York Metro Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers Magazine. He previously worked as a NYS Criminal Investigator and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Touro Law School, where he was Research Editor for the Touro Law Review. He is an Advisory Board Member at Northwell Health Dept. of Occupational & Environmental Medicine and frequently speaks on legal issues concerning workers’ compensation, third-party liability, and bodily injury cases.
