Shawn serves “Of Counsel” with the firm and brings over 30 years of legal and business experience to the group. His areas of expertise include finance, real estate, human resources/employment law, contracts, bankruptcy, insurance, IT security, corporate management, and technology. Shawn started his career in banking. After obtaining his MBA and law degrees, he became a partner in the law firm of Downing Alexander Wood & Ilg, which has three offices in the state.
