Tim J. O’Brien, born, raised, and educated in Houghton, Michigan, is Of Counsel at Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Olivet College in 1976 and a law degree from Creighton University in 1979. He was admitted to the Nebraska and Omaha Bar Associations in 1979 and is admitted to the State and Federal Courts in Nebraska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit. He focuses on plaintiff Personal Injury, Interstate Trucking Collisions, Automobile Collisions, and Product Liability. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Nebraska State Bar Association, Omaha Bar Association, the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, and a Fellow of the Nebraska Bar Foundation. Jon Rehm

Jon Rehm has specialized in workers’ compensation, employment, and personal injury law since 2005. He is active in many lawyers’ groups, was named to the Board of Governors for AAJ, is vice chair of the AAJ Workplace Injury section, and serves on the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group’s Board of Directors. Attorney James E. Harris always knew that he was destined to become a lawyer. Growing up in Nebraska, he looked up to his father, who was also an attorney, and dreamed that he would one day be able to follow in his footsteps by running his own law firm. In 1975, Jim earned his Bachelor’s Degree and continued on to earn his M.B.A. in 1977 - receiving both degrees from Arizona State University. Soon after graduating with his M.B.A., Jim returned to his home state to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming an attorney. Since earning his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 1979, Jim has been serving the legal communities in and around Omaha, Nebraska. Today, he is a recognized, board-certified civil trial advocate through the National Board of Trial Advocacy - serving Omaha and the surrounding areas of Douglas, Sarpy, Dodge, and Lancaster counties. James R. Harris

Jim Harris founded Harris Law Offices in 1980. Since that time, Jim has practiced law in Lincoln, Nebraska with an emphasis in workers' compensation and civil litigation from the plaintiff's side. He has been an active member of the Board of Directors of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys. He served as Political Action Chair for that organization from 2000 to 2005 and was Legislative Chair in 2007. He is a past President of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and board member of the American Association for Justice. He has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Jim has successfully argued a wide range of workers' compensation cases, including two important Nebraska Supreme Court decisions: Cox v. Fagen and Worline v. ABB Alstrom. Jim's hobbies include history, music, swimming and running.

Jason G. Ausman founded Ausman Law Firm, P.C., L.L.O. in May 2007, dedicating his practice exclusively to helping the injured. He has represented clients throughout Nebraska and wrote the official 'Service of Process' chapter for the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys (NATA) Civil Litigation Practice Manual in 2012.
