Stanley J. Somer

About Stanley

Mr. Somer is the Managing Partner and founding Member of Somer & Heller LLP, bringing over forty years of experience. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Hofstra University and his law degree from New York Law School. He lectured at New York Law School and has been practicing primarily in Suffolk and Nassau Counties since 1974. He specializes in landlord/tenant disputes, lease drafting and negotiations, condominium, cooperative and homeowner association representation, real estate transactions, business formation and corporate mergers & acquisitions, and estate planning, wills and trusts. He is admitted to practice in the Federal and State Courts of New York, as well as the United States Supreme Court and United States Tax Court.
