Stephen P. New

Stephen New is a native of Gilbert, West Virginia, practicing law in Beckley. He graduated from Marshall University in 1994 with a B.A. in Political Science and from West Virginia University College of Law in 1998. He served in the West Virginia Army National Guard, retiring as a Major in 2009. He was Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board and a member of the Lugar Trial Association at WVU. He clerked for the Raleigh County Circuit Judges.
