Steven Vanderporten is a Partner and General Counsel of Stinar Gould Grieco & Hensley (SGGH). He is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney with over a decade of experience in complex personal injury, mass tort, class action, and commercial disputes. His experience includes high-profile cases involving toxic contaminants, consumer protection, product liability, sports-related concussions, institutional neglect, mass casualty events, and international trade conspiracy. Steven has tried multiple seven and eight-figure cases to verdict and achieved landmark legal victories, including a first-of-its-kind summary judgment in a class action under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. He also served as counsel for court-appointed receivers and trustees. Steven is a frequent legal speaker and media commentator.
